I'm also in love with kielbasa. I mean really, what's NOT to love about kielbasa? Don't answer that.
I work full time as of now but am also a sociology/psychology student in my senior year. While I do like to go out partying and what not, I'm very happy staying at home baking, dancing around my house in sock feet, while listening to a good jazz album. Yes, it's true, sometimes I'm an old man but I'm ok with that. Grapenut custard is my friend.
I'm also part of an organization who's focus is on size diversity in dance called Big Moves. I'm the rehearsal assistant for Filling The Stage our jazz/musical theatre troupe and am a part of Thick our burlesque troupe. We just finished off the season with our annual trip to the Montreal Fringe Fest and came back with one of the most pretigious awards- the Spirit of the Fringe! I'll keep you posted about upcoming shows, fundraisers, and performance opportunities.
This is my 2nd journal and the one I'm going to start to use more often but I did go under the namedykeydoo for a long while. It's just, for a while now, I have felt less like a dyke and more like an andro fag cub- hence the name change. If you don't know what being andro, a fag, or a cub is, I'll happy explain what it is. My old journal does have a bunch of photos on it though but I'm sure this one will too soon enough.
Speaking of photos, people have been asking me what I shoot with. I could pretend that it's some high-end, fancy camera but it's an outdated Canon S1 IS with a whopping 3.2 megapixels. Once I save up a little cash, I'll definately be buying a newer one with a little more juice but for now I do what I can with it.
